Strong Teacher Relationships Bump Up Student Performance
Summary: According to two recent studies, a positive relationship with their teacher promotes higher student achievement. These studies looked at the positive effects of teacher familiarity (including looping vs platooning) and found that relationships were a significant factor in student learning.
